Chennai Mathematical Institute or CMI is a world class research institute. But it is also a rather unique place, diaspora or experience.

It is a rather surprising for most people to know that CMI is only 5.5 acres. But then again, it’s a diverse and really smart set of some 400 people (including Profs, PhDs and students) who are very passionate about Math, Computer Science, Physics and Data Science.
